GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems.
We fabricate custom designed, purpose‑built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn‑key product to our customers. Our scope spans Engineering, prototype builds, through full production, requiring teams that can move fast, adapt, and execute with precision.
Responsibilities- Lead the electrical integration activities from design through system validation, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to align integration efforts and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and execute detailed integration plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical system issues during integration and testing phases.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical systems integration within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and integration processes.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration projects.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NEC, IEEE, and relevant safety regulations.
