A fast-growing consulting and project delivery firm is adding a seasoned scheduling professional to support complex construction programs in Goodyear, Arizona. This is an opportunity to step into a visible role on high-value projects where thoughtful planning, strong client communication, and steady execution make a real impact. The right person will help bring structure to demanding project environments, guide schedule strategy across multiple phases, and serve as a trusted voice for teams navigating tight milestones and evolving priorities.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage master project timelines covering design, procurement, construction, startup, and final turnover.
• Create baseline schedules and short interval updates for fast moving, multi-phase projects.
• Lead schedule review sessions with project leaders, field teams, trade partners, and client stakeholders.
• Analyze float, logic, milestone movement, and recovery options to identify risk before it affects delivery.
• Incorporate field progress, design revisions, submittal status, long lead equipment dates, and commissioning activities into current forecasts.
• Partner with project controls, finance, procurement, and operations teams to align schedule assumptions with real project conditions.
• Mentor other scheduling professionals and elevate best practices in reporting, communication, and planning discipline.
• Present clear schedule insights, action items, and forward looking recommendations during client and internal meetings.

What You Bring

• 5 or more years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or project planning for complex building programs.
• Experience supporting large capital projects, technical facilities, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or other highly coordinated environments.
• Strong command of Microsoft Project. Experience with Primavera P6 is helpful.
• Ability to build schedules using work breakdown structures, sequencing logic, constraints, and milestone tracking.
• Comfortable leading discussions on schedule health, priority shifts, risk exposure, and mitigation planning.
• Working knowledge of how schedule performance connects to procurement, change management, cost controls, and field execution.
• Strong communication skills and confidence translating detailed schedule data into practical guidance.

Preferred Background

• Additional experience in phased delivery, startup sequencing, or owner turnover planning.
• Track record of working across cross functional teams in deadline driven project settings.
• Ability to balance detail orientation with a practical, solution focused mindset.
