We are a United States-domiciled minerals exploration company with a focus on developing mines from mineral deposits principally located in the United States. We seek to support American supply chain independence by finding and delivering copper and other critical metals vital to advanced manufacturing, infrastructure development, technology, and national security. We use our powerful Typhoon™ geophysical surveying system, together with advanced data analytics provided by our 94.3%-owned subsidiary, Computational Geosciences Inc.
(“CGI”), to accelerate and de-risk the mineral exploration process as we seek to discover new deposits of critical metals that may otherwise be undetectable using traditional exploration technologies. We believe the United States is significantly under explored and has the potential to yield major new discoveries of critical metals. Our mineral exploration efforts focus on copper and other metals, including nickel, cobalt, platinum group elements, gold, and silver.
By advancing our portfolio of critical metals exploration projects, headlined by the Santa Cruz Copper Project in Arizona, we intend to contribute to domestic supply by developing resources that support industrial and strategic sectors. We also operate a 50/50 joint venture with Saudi Arabian Mining Company ("Maaden") to explore for minerals on ~48,500 km2 of under explored Arabian Shield in Saudi Arabia.
Finally, in 2024, we established an exploration alliance with BHP Mineral Resources Inc. (“BHP”), a subsidiary of BHP Group Limited, to search for critical minerals in the United States.
Ivanhoe Electric is advancing the Santa Cruz Copper Project into the execution phase using an Integrated Project Execution Team. Engineering partners, vendors, and contractors will develop detailed schedules for their designated scopes, which must be validated, consolidated, and incorporated into a coherent execution plan within our Primavera P6 (PPM) Master Schedule, aligning with the approved baseline. This role is responsible for ensuring that the Surfaces Projects are properly developed in the Master Schedule for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
The individual schedules are to be optimized and escalated for deviations and issues as required in the master project schedule.
The Project Scheduler/Planner is responsible for consolidating, validating, and maintaining the Surface Project schedules beyond Level 3. The role provides schedule integrity, execution visibility, and forward-looking analysis to Engineering (Process, Electrical and Civil) and Construction leadership. Schedule recommendations and scenario analyses are to be submitted directly to the Surface Engineering teams and the Director of Construction, who approves outcomes for incorporation into the master schedule.

Surface Execution and Safety Integration
- Ensure surface development schedule(s) reflect realistic sequencing, constraints from permitting, and safety-critical activities.
- Coordinate alignment with the underground planner for mine development and link to the process facilities, utilities readiness, and execution logic.
- Consolidate execution partner schedules, possibly developed in other tools, into Primavera P6.
- Maintain detailed L3+ activities, including integration of engineering, procurement, vendor, construction and commissioning schedules.
- Validate logic and milestone integrity, calendars, constraints, and coding before accepting the schedule.
- Lead schedule update meetings and deal directly with partners – contractors to ensure the latest schedules are being issued.
- Coordinate regular schedule updates, using physical percent complete using rules of credit, prepare forecast for remaining activities for execution, and analyze late delivery outcomes by teams within project scope.
- Compare contractor-reported progress, P6 logic, and field observations.
- Identify schedule risks, logic conflicts, and emerging execution trends impacting surface project development.
