Overview
Our Lady of Joy Catholic Church located in Carefree, Arizona is looking to hire a skilled, experienced Soprano to sing for weekend and holy day masses throughout the liturgical year. This position is for two masses a weekend. The ideal candidate is proficient in sight reading music, playing a variety of musical styles, following direction of the music leader and working well with cantors.
Responsibilities- Sing at two weekend masses throughout the liturgical year
- Follow direction of the music leader and collaborate with cantors
- Perform in church services including holy day masses
- Proficient in sight reading music
- Ability to play a variety of musical styles
- Ability to follow direction of the music leader
- Ability to work well with cantors
Pay is $110 per mass; additional income opportunities available with funeral masses and weddings.
