Recreation Leader - Ballpark Event Services

Job Description Summary The Event Services staff for the ballpark will provide general operational and patron assistance for events and activities at Goodyear Ballpark. Responsibilities may include event preparation and breakdown, implementation of ground rules and policies, monitoring and greeting patrons, ticket scanning, promotions, responding to questions, providing direction and assistance to facility users, assisting with crowd control, and providing game-day operational support.

Responsibilities may include event preparation and breakdown, implementation of ground rules and policies, monitoring and greeting patrons, ticket scanning, promotions, responding to questions, providing direction and assistance to facility users, assisting with crowd control, and providing game-day operational support.

The Event Services positions are temporary, part-time positions to assist with events located at Goodyear Ballpark and the Recreational Complex. The ideal candidate will possess good customer service and communication skills, be positive and friendly, and be willing to assist in a variety of ballpark operational areas.
