Tax Manager

We’re hiring a Tax Manager (CPA) on behalf of our client—a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm in Northern Arizona.

• Lead tax preparation for a high-net-worth, retiree-focused client base
• Own client conversations on tax topics and help deliver a white-glove experience

• Active CPA
• 5+ years of hands‑on tax prep experience

• Strong technical skills and a low-ego, team-first mindset
• Willingness to work on‑site in Northern Arizona (Flagstaff area)

• Work‑hard, no-ego culture with long‑term growth opportunity
• Average ~40 hours/week with a soft close on Fridays at noon
• A chance to help shape a tax practice that’s still in growth mode

Compensation:
Competitive Starting Base + performance bonuses, profit share and 401(k)
