This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for working closely with clients to identify their mortgage needs, explaining loan options, and guiding them through the application process. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial information, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring consistent communication with clients to provide excellent customer service.

This role requires proactive engagement to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Experience in Loan Officers, the Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
• Knowledge of underwriting processes and mortgage compliance regulations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for mortgage processing
• Experience in sales and an ability to meet goals and deadlines
• A mortgage loan originator license (or eligibility to obtain one) is required
