An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally authorized tax practitioner who specializes in tax preparation, planning, and client consultation. Working within a small team environment of one to three people, the EA reports to a senior EA and serves as a vital resource for navigating complex IRS regulations. This office-based role provides opportunities for continuing education and a clear advancement path, supporting professional growth within the tax preparation and representation field.

Responsibilities
