Senior Team Lead

• Assist the Team Manager in overseeing a team of Premium Associates
• Deliver client experience and performance goals, including asset consolidation, retention, and product penetration
• Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations
• Partner with internal teams to research, resolve, and follow up on client issues
• Manage schedules, segment reporting, and campaign completion
• Provide immediate coaching to improve client experience
• Listen to and grade Quality Assurance calls
• Execute business development strategies and goals to achieve growth
• Resolve complex client situations by researching issues and communicating solutions
• Develop expert knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and processes for complex trading strategies
• Review team activities to improve performance execution while managing risk and minimizing exposure
• Work across Enterprise business lines and Merrill Edge partners to improve processes
• Oversee day-to-day operations and processes to promote service excellence
• Translate organizational goals into employee metrics and goals, evaluate progress, and provide feedback or intervention
• Train, coach, and guide clients or employees toward personal or professional goals
• Motivate others to overcome challenges and resolve conflict
• Build employees’ skills and identify development opportunities

• Experience with advanced trading strategies, options, fixed income, and margin required
• Series 7 & 66 required
• Series 9 & 10 preferred; if not currently held MUST be obtained within 120 days of start date
• Confident and engaging presence
• Sound decision making skills with ability to manage risk and overall client experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Minimum two years of investment, trading and brokerage experience
• Knowledge of the Enterprise platforms (US Trust, BAC, Advisory)

Demonstrates expertise in advanced trading strategies, including options and fixed income, while effectively managing client relationships and team performance. Proven ability to coach and develop team members, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
