FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient experience who is passionate about 1:1 patient care and long‑term professional growth.

• Provide high‑quality outpatient physical therapy in a 1:1 setting
• Develop strong relationships with patients and referral partners

• Participate in light community presence as supported by leadership

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and patient‑focused
