We’re seeking a functional medicine provider who is passionate about helping patients feel their best with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement for both men and women, and Wellness Medicine.

• Must have a current unrestricted Arizona state license to practice medicine, along with a DEA license to prescribe.
• Preferred experience:
  • Primary Care: 5+ years
  • Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
  • Weight Loss: 2+ years
  • Functional Medicine: 2+ years

• Type:
  Part‑time, Independent Contractor
• Pay: $75–$85 APP / $100–$120 MD/DO per hour
• Hours:
  
  8–16 per week with the potential for growth
