• Maintain Independence: Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services; provide transportation for grocery trips and leisure outings.
• Restore Dignity: Assist with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene; manage incontinence care to avoid embarrassment; perform light housekeeping and reduce home stress.
• Keep Healthy: Prepare meals; provide medication reminders to avoid readmissions; ensure safe environments for memory‑care clients.
• Support Others: Assist with physical therapy exercises; act as eyes and ears for hospice care; promptly report changes in a client’s condition.

• Genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Typical 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts in Goodyear; optional overtime availability.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and TB test.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
