Ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Full Shift Staffing is seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehab services at a skilled nursing facility.

• Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver skilled therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

• Guide and support PTAs in executing treatment plans.

• Accurately document services and track patient progress.

• Active PT License.

• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach.

• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience a plus (but not required).
