Onsite HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources.
• Assist HR leadership in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center.
• Provide training support to all levels of associates.
• Ensure Open Door, diversity, and other values‑related issues are resolved effectively.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Participate in and execute special projects as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably within food manufacturing/production, e‑Commerce, or start‑up environment.
• Solid verbal and nonverbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, coaching and counseling skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.

• Eager to learn.
• Self‑motivated.
• Passionate about Human Resources.
• Confident with giving presentations.
• Comfortable working in a distribution center environment.

• Entry Level.
• 1 year.

• High School (required).

Salary: $24 - $25 per hour.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

9 AM - 7 PM.
