Site-based Talent Acquisition Recruiter owning full-cycle hiring for ALL hourly manufacturing roles at the Goodyear, AZ plant. This is high-volume hourly hiring off inbound applicant flow — light sourcing, heavy filtering/screening. Recruiter screens applicants, interviews, coordinates interview with production leader and HR, then drives offer. Full lifecycle.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing/production roles (assembly, machine operator, material handler, warehouse, maintenance). Work a high-volume inbound applicant queue; screen and disqualify fast; call back within 24-48 hours. Coordinate leader interviews and HR rounds; keep production leaders moving through interviews. Partner with plant leadership and site HR on headcount, shift coverage, and hiring timelines. Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill hourly roles.
Maintain ATS data accuracy; monitor recruiting metrics, time-to-fill, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company hiring policy. Support employer branding and local talent attraction in the Phoenix West Valley market.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or hybrid). High-volume hourly hiring experience. Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution recruiting background. Talent sourcing (Linked In Recruiter, ATS, CRM). Stakeholder management with hiring managers / production leaders / HR. Recruitment analytics — time-to-fill, pipeline metrics, market data.
Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience recruiting for engineering, technology, manufacturing, or industrial roles. Local to Phoenix West Valley (Goodyear, Avondale, Tolleson, Buckeye, Glendale, Litchfield Park).
