Senior SmartCOMM Developer

6-12 month contract with strong likelihood for extension and/or hire

Remote - preference for location in Arizona or surrounding states

The Senior Smart

COMM Developer role will be responsible for:

• Designing and Developing Smart
  
  COMM Solutions (25%):
  Creating and modifying templates, data models, layouts, and style sets. It also includes ensuring efficient data processing and management.
• Template Development (25%):
  Building and maintaining templates across various communication channels.
• Testing and System Integration (20%):
  Conducting validation to ensure quality and functionality. This also involves integrating Smart
  
  COMM with other systems like CRMs.
• Business Collaboration and Optimization (20%):
  Working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This includes optimizing models and templates for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and Support (10%):
  Providing technical support for issues related to the Smart
  
  COMM platform.

The position primarily focuses on the design of templates and the maintenance of documentation and correspondence for complex systems. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
