Tech Lead - .NET & Cloud Native

Kronia is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with proven experience designing and leading the development of cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in .NET, Azure cloud services, and Dev Ops practices, while also demonstrating the leadership and vision required to guide development teams, influence architectural decisions, and uphold engineering standards. This role involves close collaboration with Product Leads, QA, Dev Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.

The Tech Lead will actively contribute to code while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence across the board.

You’ll be doing:

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native APIs and integration solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Make key decisions about architecture, tooling, and frameworks using sound technical judgment.
• Write and review code, ensuring clean architecture, testability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, enforcing coding standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Contribute to and enforce Dev Sec Ops  practices, integrating security into the design and testing phases.
• Ensure test automation is in place to guarantee resilient, high-quality software.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to enable and automate API testing workflows.
• Present technical and non-technical topics clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor code quality, API performance metrics, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Document solutions, guidelines, and architectural decisions.

The skills you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years as a technical lead.
• Hands-on experience as a .NET full-stack developer using C#, SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Proven leadership in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS/IaaS, Azure AD/B2C, networking, and cost-aware architecture.
• Expertise in modern Dev Ops tools and practices:
  Git Hub, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Nexus, JFrog.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Azure API Management, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong security awareness: OAuth, CORS, SSO, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Experienced in writing unit and integration tests with tools like Spec Flow or Postman.
• Familiar with monitoring tools like Datadog and Azure Monitor.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills in Agile environments.
• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Good Communication Skills.
