Data Analyst
Job Purpose
The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across enterprise systems. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to enforce data standards, resolve data issues, and support system and process improvements. The Master Data Analyst ensures high data quality to enable reliable decision‑making across the organization.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems (Net Suite and Dynamics 365)
- Master data examples include vendors, customers, items, spare parts, purchase prices, finished goods pricing, standard costs, bill of materials, and projects
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes, including system uploads, master data forms, process maps, and SOP’s
- Ensure adherence to defined governance standards
- Conduct master data reviews for completeness, consistency, and relevance
- Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, efficient processes
B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, or 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, IT, or manufacturing support.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems
