Job Overview

Help execute Garrett Advancing Motion IT strategies to facilitate the effective deployment of new business systems that improve business results. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT solutions, define customer requirements for new business applications, and support process redesign and user training to accelerate adoption.

• Act as the liaison between business and IT, defining customer requirements for deployment of new business applications.
• Support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption of applications.
• Apply process expertise and application knowledge to design the most effective solutions for meeting business requirements.
• Achieve significant improvement in business results by implementing process changes and system enhancements that directly impact business goals.
• Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users by delivering high‑quality training that enables rapid adoption and ramp‑up of new systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience applying rigorous waterfall and agile project management approaches on assignments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an excellent customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills, conveying information with clarity and ensuring messages are understood by diverse, global teams.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma principles to achieve highly efficient processes.
• Creative and collaborative problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to deliver fast and accurate results in a matrixed environment.
