- Build and maintain strong partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams
- Prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Provide onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms
- Communicate platform performance, governance updates, and process changes to diverse audiences
- Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements
- Monitor platform health, performance, and usage metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience communicating with and presenting to leadership and stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of governance, process management, and operational best practices
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with analytics, cloud, and big data technologies, including Hadoop, SQL, Python, Spark, Azure, and AWS
- university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Demonstrates strong capabilities in building partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams while effectively communicating platform performance and governance updates. Proficient in onboarding and training users on enterprise analytics and data platforms, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
