Waaree Solar Americas Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide first‑level IT assistance for end users, desktops, laptops, printers, and office devices.
You will manage accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, perform password resets, and support Windows 10/11 and Office apps on a range of devices. You will work with the IT Service Desk to meet SLAs, monitor infrastructure health, and assist with basic server tasks under L2 guidance.
