Fall 2026 (May 2026-January 2027)

Positions Available:

• IT Helpdesk

Gain exposure to IT ticketing system. Help troubleshoot incoming incidents, including issues related to computer hardware/software, mobile/desk phone support, printer support, conference room support, and production floor support. Help address incoming requests, including imaging new computers, setting up workstations, performing office moves, setting up home users, and installing software. Assist with ongoing desktop support projects.

Must be a current student at an accredited university
