Job Overview

Warehouse Technician – Night Shift

Night shift hours are Monday‑Friday 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM; schedule may change to a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 night shift.

Job purpose: The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, completing necessary paperwork accurately, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate receipt confirmations from suppliers, data entry of receipts, shipping documentation of outgoing material, and filing of manifests and BOLs
  • Monitor cooler inventory levels
  • Maintain audit readiness: clean floors, drains, cooler, posts, and complete forklift inspections accurately
  • Inform other departments of inventory discrepancies
  • Check docks and overhead doors for proper operation and safety
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in good condition and operated safely
  • Take daily inventory of consumable supplies to ensure sufficient quantities
  • Follow all safety and working rules
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Participate in cycle count program
Required Qualifications / Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment efficiently
  • Flexible to work different shifts, including off shifts
  • Proficiency in English, comfortable with written and verbal communication
Working Conditions &

Physical Requirements
  • 8–12 hours of sitting, standing, walking
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent reaching and bending
  • Temperature range 34 degrees to 77 degrees
Food Safety Requirements
  • Notify supervision of repairs or adjustments that may affect product quality or food safety
  • Observe and comply with color‑coded container policy in Production Areas
  • Perform duties to meet company, customer, or government food safety standards
  • Initiate actions to prevent nonconformities related to food safety and product quality
  • Identify and record food safety problems
  • Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product until resolved
  • Ensure a colleague with same skill level assumes duties if absent
