About the Role

Integrated Supply Team is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional/Subcontract Manager to lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers. The role involves managing supplier performance and the entire purchase order life cycle, including supplier development, requirement solicitations, PO award, post‑award management, and closeout activities.

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy.
• Review Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) documents and work with other functional organizations to develop and revise documents when needed.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs (requests for quote/requests for proposal).
• Review quotes/proposals and analyze results.
• Plan negotiation strategies and lead the negotiations.
• Address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or company terms and conditions by collaborating with cross‑functional program contacts.
• Gather and file required documentation for purchase orders per internal procedures.
• Perform routine post‑award management activities.
• Engage in significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Travel requirement: up to 25%–50%.

• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, finance, or a similar role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience in a SAP/PRISM based environment.
• Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and service, including Statement of Work (SOW) review.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost‑Plus, Firm Fixed Price, etc.).

The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
