Senior Analyst, Procurement

• Support medium-complexity external procurements
• Drive execution throughout the Procurement-to-Pay process
• Collaborate with stakeholders on supplier performance
• Manage supplier deliverables
• Support Test & Factory Equipment and Business Services procurements
• Ensure SAP reflects the latest status and delivery dates
• Facilitate the Procurement-to-Pay process
• Maintain supplier performance metrics for past-due deliveries, purchase order acknowledgements and status updates
• Manage stakeholder escalations on corrective actions and delivery expedites
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate procurement data
• Support corrective actions and build effective working relationships with internal partners and the supply base

• University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, and SRM
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Farmington, CT, Cedar Rapids, IA, Andover, MA, McKinney, TX or Tucson, AZ

Demonstrates expertise in managing the Procurement-to-Pay process, ensuring accurate procurement data, and maintaining supplier performance metrics. Proficient in utilizing SAP and other procurement tools to drive supplier performance and collaboration with stakeholders.
