Base Pay Range: $ per hour

Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives and possible premiums ranging from $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, they maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Maintain cleanliness of store including parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and general floor space.
• Observe safety procedures and report hazards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting).
• Assist with stockroom and storage area upkeep.
• Follow sanitation and health regulations.
• Communicate with management regarding maintenance needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication skills.
