The annual salary for this position is $145,163 – $215,496 DOE/DOQ, PLUS a competitive benefits package.
The City of Goodyear, Arizona, is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Director of Parks & Recreation to lead its parks maintenance, recreation services, recreation center, and ballpark operations. Reporting to the Deputy City Manager, this position leads a diverse and highly visible service portfolio, and oversees four direct reports and manages a $36 million general fund budget. The Director works closely with City leadership, elected officials, the Parks & Recreation Commission, Arts & Culture Commission, external partners and community stakeholders to advance major initiatives.
