The Ticket Operations Lead will assist the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations with the management and supervision of all ticket operation functions including mobile ticketing, staffing, cash management, inventory management and ticket order processing for Goodyear Ballpark-Spring Training.
This position requires a minimum of two years of experience on the platform, including the Pro Venue ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) seasons in a ticket services/operations position for a professional sports facility. Experience should include intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs, as well as the ticketing programs. Ideal candidate will possess a great attitude, the ability to deal with all types of personalities, the ability to train and motivate a team and excellent attention to detail.

Panel Interview - Interviews will be conducted in November of 2026. Dates of employment for the position will be November 2026 - March 2027.
