This position has a strong emphasis on Fabrication within our manufacturing environment. This position would be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where safety, quality and teamwork are of utmost importance. Individuals in this role can expect to share ownership of projects, achieve a high level of job satisfaction and feel like a valued member of the organization.
Primary Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Lead the troubleshooting process for breakdowns and process issues on fabrication equipment including flat sheet laser cutters, press brakes, turret punch presses, panel benders, and custom automated equipment
- Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures including program/process changes, equipment upgrades, and preventative maintenance document improvements
- Make program corrections for various sheet metal fabrication machines
- Key team member in operator training sessions
- Participate in cross functional team projects related to new product development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
- Ensure safety throughout manufacturing practices, procedures and equipment

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Qualifications Education RequiredHigh School or better.
PreferredTechnical/other training or better.
Experience RequiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Blueprint reading and measurement skills
Action oriented, able to learn on the fly, excellent problem solver
10 years’ experience in a fabrication or manufacturing industry

Team-oriented, helpful, and supportive
PreferredFamiliarity with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD )
Experience reading electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
Experience with CNC press brakes, CNC cutting/punching, Allen Bradley Controls, and Fanuc robotics
