Production Worker; Assembler

Position Overview

Seeking Production Workers to support the assembly and fabrication of curtain wall and building enclosure systems. This role involves assembling aluminum, hardware, and glass components in a manufacturing environment while following production drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams for assembly and fabrication
• Assemble aluminum, glass, and metal components for building enclosure systems
• Position, align, fasten, and fit parts according to specifications
• Install metal framing and glass components using appropriate tools and fasteners
• Apply sealants and caulking materials to seal joints and glass edges
• Use measuring and locating devices to verify alignment and reference points
• Assist other team members and support production workflow as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following all company safety policies
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read and follow diagrams, drawings, and instructions
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the position

• Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movement
• Constant use of hands and fingers to handle tools and materials
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials
• Constant lifting up to 25 lbs
• Frequent lifting of materials over 100 lbs (team lift/equipment assisted as needed)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise exposure
• Must wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection in designated areas
