Production Manager, Operations Manager
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Team Leader and drive operational excellence! We’re looking for a passionate leader to inspire and guide our production teams while championing continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you do:- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve optimal performance, ensuring alignment with quality standards and production targets
- Coordinate resource allocation and develop comprehensive training plans to enhance team capabilities and standardized work execution
- Drive short interval management processes at the sector level, identifying and escalating critical issues while implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to optimize production schedules
- Monitor and manage production activities to meet specifications, cost targets, and quality standards while minimizing waste
- Proven track record in manufacturing production management, particularly in assembly, processing, or packaging operations
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and performance management
- Expertise in production planning, resource allocation, and maintenance scheduling
- Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellence in cross‑functional communication and problem‑solving skills

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 – USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
