Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Industrial Metals)

Step into a day on our Goodyear team. You roll into the Real Alloy Goodyear facility, grab the day’s work orders, and head to the floor. A furnace fan is out of spec—your diagnostic tools confirm an electrical control issue. You trace prints, adjust a control loop, calibrate a sensor, and document the reading. Before lunch, you help rig scaffolding to access an overhead conveyor, replace a worn component, and verify alignment.

After a quick temperature survey on a combustion line, you update maintenance logs and close out the job, all while staying laser-focused on safety.
