Real Alloy in Goodyear, AZ, has an entry level Production Team Member position open! We are looking for Production Team Members that put safety first, who are reliable, willing to operate power equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders, and who are detail oriented. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

We run our plant 24/7 365 days per year and we have two shifts that rotate every 4 weeks - 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. Our Production crews run 4 days in a row and then they have 4 days off.

We start our Production Team Members off at $22 per hour where we also have the opportunity for overtime, we pay weekly, and provide great benefits that start the first of the month after your starting date. Real Alloy provides 40 hours of vacation time, and 40 hours of sick leave each year along with 9 paid holidays to make sure you have a solid work life balance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Able to operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders helpful
• Ability to regularly perform different types of physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, general cleaning both of plant equipment and property
• Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Position requires a person willing to working in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing outdoor environment, and wearing protective equipment while working around molten metal
