Quality Assurance Tech

Responsibilities

• Check the conformity of the first sample products and the products that cause problems during production with the technical drawings, dimensional measurements, standards, tolerances and other technical specifications by measuring them with precision measuring devices.
• Test all physical and chemical properties such as internal structure and texture, composition, strength, surface properties and electrical and electronic characteristics of these materials with precision measuring and testing devices according to the given standard values, to determine the error percentages.
• Select the measurement and testing methods according to the properties of the materials, apply statistical process control methods when necessary, and prepare reports by performing functional tests of the samples.
• Examine the malfunctions and errors that occur in the manufactured parts, semi‑finished products and products, and perform the relevant measurement and testing procedures.
• Calibrate and monitor all measurement and control devices used within the company and make the necessary adjustments where required.
