Production Assembler - 1st Shift

Overview

Monday – Friday 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM. • Assemble refrigeration components utilizing pneumatic/hand tools, fixtures and other manufacturing techniques into high quality products.
• Follow safe work practices and company safety standards.
• Inspect and test new products in compliance with quality requirements.
• Share ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding product design and assembly to create quality and user-friendly products.
• Assist in defining assembly process and work instructions.
• Train new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
