Production Forklift Driver / Grinder.
Responsibilities- Move and load hazardous wastes under the direction of a supervisor.
- Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood, and plastic.
- Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and positive work atmosphere.
- Maintain forklift equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, recommending repairs, and performing routine pre‑inspections.
- Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Load and unload products from trailers using forklift trucks and other material‑handling equipment.
- Transport products to and from warehouse and distribution centers.
- Deliver products to various units safely and in a timely manner.
- Keep own and adjacent work area clean.
- Organize and stage the regrind material for processing.
- Prepare plastic for recycling.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Education: N/A.
Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of driving a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
Required Certifications/Licensure: Forklift certification.
