Team Lead – Manual Cell Operations
Supervise manual cell operations and drive daily performance in safety, quality, and output. Coach teams, solve problems, and optimize workflows.
Responsibilities- Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
- Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices and ergonomics.
- Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues swiftly with appropriate escalation.
- Manage shift handovers, ensure training compliance, and champion continuous improvement efforts.
- Problem Solving – intermediate level; diagnosing production issues and implementing effective solutions on the floor.
- Influencing Skills – intermediate level; guiding operators and cross‑functional partners toward shared goals.
- Quality Control & Inspection – intermediate level; verifying standards and ensuring compliance throughout production.
- Customer Orientation – intermediate level; aligning cell output with internal and external customer expectations.
- Drives for Results – intermediate level; maintaining focus on safety, quality, and delivery targets under pressure.
- Lean Methodology – developing level; applying continuous improvement principles to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Operational Health and Safety Management – developing level; enforcing protocols and fostering a safe work environment.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop operators in real time.
- Clear communication skills that connect frontline teams with broader organizational goals.
- Proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues before they impact production.
