Join our production team as an Electrical Manufacturing Technician and play a key role in delivering quality products. This hands‑on position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference.
What will you do?- Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards
- Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows
- Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues
- Customer Orientation – intermediate level; ensuring product quality meets internal and external customer expectations
- Drives for Results – intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Digital Literacy – developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data
- Operational Health and Safety Management – developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Problem Solving – developing level; identifying and escalating production issues quickly
- Quality Control & Inspection – developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications
- Automation Integration – foundational level; working alongside automated systems in the production process
- Lean Methodology – foundational level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high‑quality work

Pay range: USD $21–24 per hour (full‑time, U.S. based). This range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. Compensation within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The compensation package also includes medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, well‑being programs, 12 holidays per year, and 15 days of paid time off per year.
