Overview
Join our production team as an Electrical Manufacturing Technician and play a key role in delivering quality products. This hands‑on position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference.
Responsibilities- Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes.
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards.
- Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows.
- Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues.
- Customer Orientation – intermediate level; ensuring product quality meets internal and external customer expectations.
- Drives for Results – intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Digital Literacy – developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data.
- Operational Health & Safety Management – developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Problem Solving – developing level; identifying and escalating production issues quickly.
- Quality Control & Inspection – developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Automation Integration – foundational level; working alongside automated systems in the production process.
- Lean Methodology – foundational level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high‑quality work.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Dependable and accountable – you take pride in your work and follow through.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
