This position exists to provide various safety/compliance/manufacturing training for employees throughout the Arizona manufacturing facilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- This position will be 1st shift but will need to adjust schedules to meet demands on 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed.
- Deliver assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and material handling related training
- Deliver compliance related training
- Conduct new hire onboarding with manufacturing employees
- Develop training timetables to meet needs of the business
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Conduct training content reviews
- Serve as the administrator for the online Learning Management System
- Track training completions and general recordkeeping
- Other duties as assigned.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. QualificationsEducation:
Associates or better.
Experience:
Five years of experience in manufacturing with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in training on technical topics in either a classroom or on the job setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Assembly, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Material Handling and Welding operations. Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills and effectively relate to diverse workforce. Experience with LMS systems (Cornerstone preferred)
