Utz Quality Foods, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator Lead to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The role supports production, quality, packaging, and safety objectives while coordinating with Supervisors.
You will train new hires, supervise operators, operate baggers, labelers and palletizing equipment, and ensure efficient line performance on a fast-paced food production floor.
