Team Lead Opportunity

We're hiring a Team Lead to supervise manual cell operations and drive daily performance in safety, quality, and output. If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you coach teams, solve problems, and optimize workflows, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

  • Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
  • Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices and ergonomics
  • Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues swiftly with appropriate escalation
  • Manage shift handovers, ensure training compliance, and champion continuous improvement efforts

  • Drives for Results — intermediate level; maintaining focus on safety, quality, and delivery targets under pressure
  • Lean Methodology — developing level; applying continuous improvement principles to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
  • Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; enforcing protocols and fostering a safe work environment

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop operators in real time
  • Clear communication skills that connect frontline teams with broader organizational goals
  • Proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues before they impact production
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing setting

New hires will begin with a Monday through Friday training schedule. After successful completion of the training period, employees will move to their designated shift assignment:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
  • Regular schedules will be Monday through Thursday.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $29- 34 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
