You will lead a team, plan production, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement in a luxury appliance manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in manufacturing, experience with high tonnage presses, CNC punch, press brakes, and related equipment, plus Lean, quality metrics, and OSHA knowledge.
