** Here are some responsibilities for the potential Leasing & Marketing Specialist:
**** Marketing & Outreach (Primary Focus)
*** Execute on-site and digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and lead generation
* Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
* Maintain and optimize online listings, photos, videos, and property descriptions
* Build relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community partners
* Coordinate outreach events, open houses, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
* Track marketing performance, traffic sources, and lead quality
** Brand & Community Presence
*** Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and on-site materials
* Maintain strong curb appeal and model presentation to support marketing efforts
* Assist with resident events and retention-focused campaigns
* Represent the community at local networking and marketing events
** Leasing Support
*** Assist with prospect tours, follow-up, and application support as needed
* Convert marketing leads into qualified prospects through timely communication
* Collaborate with the leasing and management team to support occupancy goals
