Job Purpose:

At Denova, our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) are at the forefront of integrated healthcare, delivering comprehensive, family-centered care across all stages of life. As a key member of our team, you will work autonomously and alongside other healthcare professionals, utilizing a whole-person approach that seamlessly blends primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and wellness strategies.

• Comprehensive Care Management:
  Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient outcomes.
• Preventive Health

  Guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
• Lifecycle Health Promotion:
  Adapt health strategies to accommodate the aging process.
• Diagnostic and Evaluation Expertise:
  Perform thorough exams and evaluations to diagnose and monitor health concerns.
• Prescriptive Authority:
  Utilize your expertise to prescribe medications effectively and safely.
• Leadership and Independence:
  Lead healthcare initiatives and manage patient care with autonomy.

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Board-certified in Arizona as an RN or Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications.
• Proficient in electronic medical records.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
• Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Must have a recent TB test with negative results and Hep B vaccination.
