Required:
Master’s Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
Required:
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
