Aegis Healthcare in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an RN Case Manager to support our Home Health and Hospice Nursing Teams. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with one 24-hour on-call shift each month and compensation of $43-$45 per point.
