Overview
This part‑time Infusion Nurse position provides direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients at Flex Care Infusion Center, delivering IV therapy to patients with neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological conditions.

Location:
Flex Care Infusion Center, 14869 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ.
Secondary
Location:
Flex Care Infusion Center, 700 N Estrella Pkwy Ste 200, Goodyear, AZ.
Days:
Wednesday and Fridays.
Hours:
8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients.
- Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol.
- Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision.
- Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments.
- Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance.
- ASN, BSN or MSN degree.
- Active RN license in Arizona.
- Willingness to obtain BLS and/or CPR certification upon hire.
- Willingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 days.
- 3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential.
- Flexibility for on‑call support may be required.
- Pediatric experience.
Hourly pay will range from $29 to $52 per hour based on full‑time employment. In addition to salary, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
