Charge RN - Neuro - Weekend Days

Role: Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and achievement of clinical objectives.

Responsibilities: Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors staff; assesses patient care needs; collaborates with advanced practice providers; evaluates care effectiveness; addresses patient care concerns; participates in hiring, training, and staff evaluations; responds to incidents and performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent; at least one year of RN experience; valid RN license in respective state; BLS certification.

Skills: Leadership, communication, assessment, collaboration, and adaptability to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient care.
