City of Hope is seeking a Breast Health Nurse Navigator to guide patients through the continuum of care—from screening through survivorship. You will work closely with radiology, surgery, medical and radiation oncology, pathology, and genetics to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
You will educate patients and families, identify barriers to care, and advocate for culturally sensitive resources to optimize outcomes and timely treatment.
